This is an amazing neck and shoulder massager! It warms up quickly and you can increase pressure by pulling down on the straps. It comes with a car charger and an US plug. It did not come with a box. I’m very happy with this purchase. Customer for life!
It is an excellent product, it feels wonderful, it works very well. High quality materials. The only thing I didn't like is that it is a little short and I had to buy adapter sleeves, but that wasn't really a problem. I recommend it 1000%
