OK, I don't usually leave reviews, but this one is necessary. I never would've believed that this portable squishy object would make any difference but it really does. I have had neck problems for over 20 years and this thing however it works after I use it I don't feel pain. It also helps my headaches as well. Go get it. It works.

I was so skeptical this would work. I had a neck injury that was causing me a lot of pain for months. I was going to the chiropractor regularly which was costing me so much $$$. The chiro would realign my neck, but my muscles were so tight, they would just pull my neck right back out of place again within hours. I couldn't break the cycle! I started getting ads for a similar product to this one but one that was $200. I found this one on Sokai for $149 or something close to that. I figured it was worth a shot.
When I first got it, I was confused on how to make it work with the remote. My husband helped me figure it out. Once you get passed that learning curve its not hard to control. Laying on this thing isn't like getting a massage. Its not overly relaxing, so I think people initially get upset about that. Also, the vibration setting is intense - it kind of rattles your brain. I only use the vibration on the lowest setting and only for a minute to loosen my muscles up. But anyway, despite my initial lack of enthusiasm, I gave this an honest go and used it for about 10-15 minutes 2-3 times a day and by day 2 I was already feeling a difference. I set heat to 1, pulses to level 3, and for the last minute I turn on the vibration to 1 for only a minute. That works for me.
I have had this thing for a month now and I have not had to go back to the chiro at all. My neck doesn't hurt all night long anymore and it doesn't ache while I'm working. As long as I regularly use it, my neck pain stays away, but if I miss a day I start to feel it. As soon as I get back to using it, my neck feels better again.
I think the key to this thing helping so much is the EMS pulses. There are cheap copycats of this thing that dont have that part included and those won't work for you. But this one, even though its way cheaper, does have the pulsing (like a tens unit) and that's what makes it work. My muscles are more relaxed and don't pull my neck out of alignment anymore.
I 100% recommend this thing. It's saving me so time and money and most importantly I have such a better quality of life because I'm not in constant pain anymore!

Heard about this product from our chiropractor. It does work and really helps releave the tension on the neck.
It's a great product to use on a continued basis but a word of caution(from him) don't fall asleep on it. I would
highly recommend to buy it if your neck is tight.

I AM SO EXCITED I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT!! it was honestly one of the things I thought has to be witchcraft and there's no way that it really could work so well. But it had so many good reviews that I decided to give it a try for myself. I have dealt with neck pain and tension for about 20 years and I constantly need to go to the chiropractor as my neck easily gets out of place and I get horrible headaches. I bought this to see if I could give myself a little longer in between visits or some better relief at home and using it for about five minutes a day I instantly feel a huge relief once I stand back up and so much tension relieved in my neck. It's very lightweight but feels like it'll hold up for a long time!

This is great for what I need. I have tension in my neck from working at desk. It's lightweight and easy to use. The size is good too, glad I got it.

Lying on it for 20 mins before sleep, allowing the angle design and natural gravity to gently release muscle tension. Combination of heat therapy is a bonus, temperate effectively promotes blood circulation. Overall, this is a good product in addition to vibrating massager.

First of all, the neck curve of the pillow is the same as the natural shape of the neck, so even when lying on it, the neck feels somewhat comfortable.
The massage is just okay; the low frequency makes the skin feel a bit stinging. It needs to be applied in a completely close contact manner.
It's a satisfactory product at a reasonably affordable price.

Fast shipping. It's made of hard plastic. The blue color is more dull than in the photo. Smaller than expected. I haven't tried it yet.

I don't know if this is how it's supposed to be or if it's a defect; the crossbar is so thin and bent, but it still functions. Delivery was in a consolidated package by UkrPoshta.

I think I got a good deal at a low price.

The finish is rough, but it's comfortable to use and I like it.

Recommended for people with neck discs. Useful for taking naps.
