It comes very small but expended quick once opening the package. No matter I sleep on my side, back or turn over frequently, it can perfectly provide the most stable support. Love it.I was told that pillows need to change every 2 to 3 years to avoid the bacteria and dust mites, thinking to buy one more

Very comfortable, the materials. blos colors are accurate and measured. So far well sleep with the cervical. We will see later if it improves even more.
