I’ve used many things for my back mainly corsets and waist trainers (both vest style and regular) and will say this is a nice change, not as restrictive. Makes the armpits a little red but to be fair it’s hard to make a product that goes directly in the underarm region, continuously move, rub against your skin without the friction affecting you, it simply is what it is. Also when I put it on at first I didn’t separate the shoulder straps like in the picture, after doing so it no longer made my underarms red.It’s very soft and came stitched in certain parts, I was under the impression in was one long belt I’d have to figure out so I was very relieved. I read a review that it was too difficult to figure out and that it had no instructions but as you can see in the picture they were right under their vest. It even offers a video to watch in case you can’t figure it out.In the pictures I tried it on with different styles of shirt to make notice of how invisible it can be, the first lose shirt was completely unnoticeable, it did very well under the pink shirt and under the most fitted and transparent one was very noticeable, but not like a waist trainer or corset.I’m 5’3140lbAnd ordered size M

I have used a different one years ago and the velcro didn't work after a couple months due to winter clothes I think. SO hope this one doesn't get the same problem since I live in Hawaii. This one give more support than the previous one and I feel comfortable even wearing it for a long time like 7 hours. I can see the difference when I wear it. I don't have neck pain and other pains that I had before. I work with 1st graders at an Elementary school so I often hunch. I am so glad I don't feel the terribla pain anymore!!

I got my backembrace early and was already excited to try it. I have S-curve scoliosis and sad to say, bad posture. I got an unexpected relief and stretch of my upper back, neck, and shoulders the minute I got it on. I wore it nearly all day yesterday and it felt amazing. My shoulders/neck muscles are always rock hard and they actually felt less strained at the end of the day. The awesome reversible fabric and “nice” look of the embrace are just bonuses for me. I’m definitely hooked and might need to start gifting these to friends.

Wow. I just received this yesterday (last night to be exact) and put it on right away. I felt relief in my upper back/shoulder blades immediately. I personally didn’t think it changed my appearance until I walked by my husband wearing it under my hoodie, and he told me I looked different. “Good different” he clarified.The instructions say to start wearing it for a short amount of time and work up because it can be uncomfortable. I wore it the night I received it for an hour, and the discomfort I felt was mostly under my armpits, but it wasn’t unbearable and definitely worth that for the immediate change and pain relief.Background on me: I’m 5’3”, 130lbs, medium build. I’ve had large breasts and bad posture since I was 14, which caused neck and upper back pain. I was a year-round swimmer for years, so I have broad shoulders that are still kind of awkward to me even after years of not swimming competitively. I’ve seen a chiropractor every week since high school for my neck and back pain, which helped but never fully alleviated the discomfort for long enough to skip a week.UPDATE! 1/3/21I had been wearing this brace almost every day since I received it, but now I am able to use it less and for less time. It’s more like a refresher when I feel like I need it.The first couple weeks after I received it, mychiropractor told me my neck wasn’t in dire need of an adjustment (as it has been, every week, for years). He actually asked me the same of the brace because of the difference it made in my posture and neck. My entire family couldn’t believe the difference (even my sisters across the country ON FACETIME)! They all asked for this for Christmas. So now my whole family has one!This product really worked (and is continuing to work) for me and now, my family. It can be uncomfortable (still is rough on my armpits), but after suffering so many years of excruciating neck pain and migraines, it’s worth it. I am amazed that after a couple decades of bad posture, this brace was able to help me so much in less than a month!

Ask your doctor if this is right for you. I needed a reminder to maintain good posture after a shoulder replacement. I was getting in a habit of hitching my shoulder to do things around the house. It’s been a tough 18 months. I fell had laparoscopic surgery that did not repair rtc. I decided to do replacement. My healing is going really fast but need to work on rom, strength and posture. I fitted is very loosely. Just a reminder to activate lats. It’s easy to adjust, and fits well. It is easier to put on with some help but you can put it on yourself.I did add time as recommended in directions. I forget I have it on. Highly recommended.

I very rarely write reviews but this brace is the best ever. It is very comfortable and made well. It's very soft and doesn't pinch under the arms. I tried a lot of braces and they all pinched, bound or didn't fit correctly. Love the design that is contoured to the fit a womens body. Try it, you won't be sorry.

This was a reorder.. She liked how it kept her shoulders back and improved her posture, that she wanted one for her daughter.

Works great! The straps do rub a little bit if you have to move around a lot so its definitely only for long periods of sitting.

Perfect posture brace. Wear it during my workouts. Off and on during the day when I feel I need assistance in placing my shoulders in an upright posture position. Relieves strain and it makes my upper back feel good.

The brace was purchased to relieve pain and discomfort by improving the position of my shoulders. However, the yoke sets so high on the clavicle that it interferes with the position of the head. I have bought a different manufacturer’s product with a lower position of the yoke, which gives better head positioning.

I like this, it works and is comfortable, but only when you have a shirt on under it. It can not be worn comfortably under clothes. Whenever I try, it rubs hard on my under arm. I've tried to loosen it thinking I maybe have it too tight, but it doesn't make a difference. I am a busy woman, so I don't know if that plays a part in it too. When I wear it over a t-shirt it's fantastic and comfortable.I am a teacher, and I need to wear it under my clothes, so I can only wear it comfortably on days where I am layering or wearing a sweater, which has t been alot yet as I got it in summer and cool weather hasn't yet hit.
