Love the product. I've bought other types in the past but this is better. The battery life has been pretty good and the power/vibration output to the muscles has been great. The durability seems a little low but you shouldn't be rough while using these anyway. It's easy to use and helps with some sore muscles. I recommend it for a after-workout relaxation or to help pump up specific muscles that are hard to excercise. It doesn't have the setting I was looking for but the 24 built in are pretty good. Size wise it's pretty compact and easily can be slipped into a pocket
